Automotive Technician/Mechanic Wanted – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Motor Works is looking to add a “B” grade technician to our family-owned shop.

We have been providing quality auto repair in DeKalb, IL since 1984.

Motor Works delivers honest, professional vehicle repair and maintenance services to the people of DeKalb, Sycamore, Cortland, Malta, Waterman, Shabbona, and the surrounding areas.

We seek a technician with at least 2 years’ experience and comfort in repairing:

Brakes
Steering
Suspension
Exhaust
Driveline
Light engine repair
On import, domestic and light trucks.

This is a position from which to grow into an industry leading “A” technician. You will train in house with some of the best technicians in the business.

We also attend classes with nationally renowned instructors John Thornton, Louis Nelson, Scott Shotton (personal friend of the shop), Scot Manna and others.

In addition, instruction will be given in Motor Works’:

Factory/OEM vehicle computer programming system
PICO scope
The newest Autel scanner
Hunter’s top of the line HawkEye Elite alignment machine
Autel and factory ADAS calibration (coming soon)
