Sweetheart Special
Starting two weeks before Valentine’s Day Motor Works ran a Sweetheart Special. Everyone who got their oil changed received a lovely wrapped rose at no charge.
I think this may fall under the category of rewards more than awards but what the heck, it sure was fun. Starting two weeks before Valentine’s Day Motor Works ran a Sweetheart Special. Everyone who got their oil changed received a lovely wrapped rose at no charge.
The Glidden Campus Florist handled the flowers, arranging, vase, and display. All we had to do was hand out the roses, often to our customer’s most pleasant surprise. Many
of our customers mentioned what a “warm fuzzy” this created.
This made it fun for customers and staff alike. In fact, it was so successful we plan on repeating our Sweetheart Special on Mother’s Day. But this time every customer who walks
through our door gets a rose. How cool is that!
