Motor Work’s Owner Passes 25th Year Anniversary as a Certified Master Technician

Marty Fay, Motor Work’s owner recently received a celebratory medallion from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.  The ASE is the national testing organization providing automotive industry professionals with a definitive means to pass tests and prove to the public they have the skill and work experience to perform safe, reliable, professional repairs.

If a technician passes tests in 8 areas; Engine Repair, Automatic Transmissions, Manual Drivetrain & Axles, Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical & Electronic Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Engine Performance, he is considered a Certified Master Technician.  This testing must be repeated every 5 years.  At Motor Works both the owner Marty Fay and the Head Technician Mark Huff are Certified Master Technicians.
