Dear Motor Works,

You folks did a great job on my car; even though it was just an oil change.  You explained about the drain plug being torque too tight by the previous shop that changed my oil. Incidentally, I stopped by that place this morning to inform them of the potential problem with the oil pan and they agreed to observe it next week for any leakage.
 
I found your people to be very pleasant and your facilities comfortable during my short waiting time.
 
 
You can be assured I will bring my car and truck to Motor Works when I need repair. It’s hard to find a shop that extends such good personalized service.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the quality of your service. In a time where everyone seems to be a little wary about taking their vehicle in to see a mechanic, you folks prove that honesty still exists in the trade. In every experience that I have had with the professionals at your establishment they have been courteous, helpful, and very understanding. I am especially grateful that, when I had questions about the billing, someone took the time to explain the details to me. The end result was a customer who walked away feeling as though the work had been done right, and that he had been treated fairly.
